#100: Centipede Stinger

Brewed July 21, 1991

Ingredients for 5 gallons:

25 pounds Pale Malt
8 ounces 540L roasted malt
2 pounds 40L Crystal malt
2 pound malted wheat
2 pound Carapils
.5 ounce Styrian Golding, 7.0 alpha, for 60 minutes
2 ounces Oregon Fuggles, 3.5 alpha, for 60 minutes
2 ounces of Washington Cascade, 4.8 alpha, for 60 minutes
1 ounce Mount Hood, 3.3 alpha, for 15 minutes
2 ounces Washington Cascade, 4.8 alpha, for 15 minutes
2 ounces Cascade, dry hop
Wyeast liquid Alt yeast

Mash: Single temperature infusion mash for 2 hours at 157 degrees

Pre-boil: 90 minutes before first hop addition

Boil: 60 minutes

O.G.: 1.082
