Ingredients for 5 gallons:

- 2 pound Carapils

- .5 ounce Styrian Golding, 7.0 alpha, for 60 minutes

- 2 ounces Oregon Fuggles, 3.5 alpha, for 60 minutes

- 2 ounces of Washington Cascade, 4.8 alpha, for 60 minutes

- 1 ounce Mount Hood, 3.3 alpha, for 15 minutes

- 2 ounces Washington Cascade, 4.8 alpha, for 15 minutes

- 2 ounces Cascade, dry hop

- Wyeast liquid Alt yeast

Mash: Single temperature infusion mash for 2
hours at 157 degrees
Pre-boil: 90 minutes before first hop
