1.5 oz. Tettnanger, 4.5 alpha, flavoring, 15 minutes.
1.0 oz. Halltertaur, 4.4 alpha, aroma., End of Boil
1098 British ale yeast from batch 105
2 tsp. Gypsum in the boil
Irish moss last 15 minutes of the boil

Mash: 5.5 gallons for 2 hours.
