28 lb. Pale malt
2 oz. Chocolate malt
5 lb. Hugh Baird crystal malt
3 oz. Norther Brewer hops, 7.7 alpha, 60 minutes
1 oz. Saaz hops, 5.0 alpha, 60 minutes
Single step infusion mash pale and chocolate malts for 1 hour at 150 F
Add crystal malt 10 minutes before start of sparge.
Preboil for 1 hour before adding the hops.
Boil 1 hour
