Make your plans now to attend the Third Annual cajun country extravaganza celebration of Mardi Gras at La Quebrada Brewery (and Ale Emporium). The big day is February 20, 1999, festivities begin at 5, Dinner at 6 PM. As usual potluck is the fare of the day, so get those cajun cookers warmed up.

Some real hot sauce is a good idea, but Dixie beer would be considered over the line in terms of authenticity.
