Pecan Blue Cheese Spread

6 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces Blue Cheese
1 tablespoon spiced or plain brandy
1 teaspoon thyme, dried
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 sourdough baguette, sliced

Blend together cream cheese and blue cheese. Add brandy, thyme, and cayenne, and mix thoroughly. Stir in chopped pecans. Chill for 2 hours, or overnight. Spread on sourdough rounds.
