MUSHROOMS IN GARLIC BUTTER

1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4oz butter cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon cream, salt and pepper
Place mushrooms, herbs, garlic and lemon juice in a large bowl.
Cover and cook in the microwave on full power for 6 minutes.
Drain off the excess liquid.
Stir in the butter, cream and seasoning.
Cook, uncovered, for 2 and a half minutes, stirring a couple of times.
Serve with crusty french bread.
I don't pay too much attention to the exact quantities!!
You can also use fresh herbs if available.
