Cider

In the cellar, where they sell cider. Say its' so several times slowly.

 

Note the vessel of choice appears to be a tea cup.  Ciders are typically sweet, 3% ABV, or dry, at 6% ABV.  The dry stuff is pretty good, but I would prefer a bit more of a bite.  But since it's bottle conditioned, it might mature.  But I'll never know, as it's all gone now.
