"The Great White Eagle" finally a chance for a "Bolliker", i.e., De Konick, "The King".  Not bad for and "ordinary" ale.  But way too mainstream to linger long.

The Cnatillon Kriek made an interesting companion to the four cheeses plate, in not a somewhat gatsrinomically explosive combination.  Perhaps it's not a good idea to mix lambix and blue cheeses.
