In 1998 the Mad Brewer once again hit the road is search of brewing Nirvana, this time with his sights on the Netherlands and Belgium. We began garnering our forces at our first destination, in Amsterdam. Here we joined up with the British core (hard core, that is), consisting of Brendan and Steve. Then it was on to Heikant, where the real fun begins, as the size of our Army swells to...well, the size of a small Army. After two days of way too much fun, and maybe a beer or two, it was on to Leuven for further studies. We bade farewell to the British contingent, and made our way to Brugges, Beersel, Bios, Brussels, Antwerp, and back to Amsterdam. So you want to know what really happened? Who wouldn't, Read on! |
