Every city of stature must have more than one microbrewery, and so it is with Amsterdam.  Maxmiliaan is mostly pub, with a little cafe flavor to give it a nice touch.  Some antique brewing equipment is on display, the real thing being better hidden.

Pils
Unfiltered, slightly cloudy, but nice mellow flavor, good attenuation.

Klauster Bier
Very dark, malty, thick, slight clove finish.

Bok
Very cloudy
