So about half past 7 (thats 19:30 in European terms), we finally arrive at the IJ brewery, and hook up with Brendan and Steve.  Fortunately, MBW and I are quite adept (not to mentioned experienced) at power drinking, as last call is at 19:45, and the tasting room closes at 20:00.  No matter, we belied up to the bar, and Brendan took good care of us.

The Beer List:
Nattie, 6.5%, 3.75
VLO, 7%, 3.75
Struis, 9%, 4.50
Plzen, 5%, 2.75
Latte, 8%, 3.50
Columbus, 9%, 3.75
IJ Bock, 6.5%, 3.50

Plzen: Some hops

Columbus: No hops, no yeast, just sweet wort?!?

There are alleged to be many puns in the naming of the establishment, and some of the beers.  It just goes to show you that such things do not transcend language.
